Kold Composites was founded by composite professionals with hands on backgrounds in advanced composite manufacture. That experience shapes everything about how the company works: the questions we ask when taking a brief, the way candidate skills in layup, infusion, bonding and finishing are assessed, and the standards placements are held to once they are on site.

We focus on four things and aim to do them properly: skilled workforce supply, permanent recruitment, project mobilisation and support, and consultancy. Behind them sits our layered back office system, which brings recruitment activity, workforce information and data analytics together in one place, so clients receive a coordinated service and every recruitment plan is tailored around their operation.
