Contract workforce is the fastest way to add proven composite skills to a production line without adding permanent headcount. We supply individuals or small groups on agreed day rates: GRP laminators for wet layup, hand and spray lamination, resin infusion technicians, carbon fibre and prepreg technicians, trim, drill and fit specialists, gelcoat and flowcoat sprayers, finishers, quality inspectors and supervisors.

With a pool of more than 400 experienced technicians, we will certainly have the right person to fit your role. Because the pool spans processes, materials and sectors, sourcing starts from genuine depth rather than a cold search, and support scales with your workforce demand, for one requirement or several running at once.
