Fully mobilised project teams

Complete composite teams: technicians, supervision and logistics mobilised as one unit, with one interface and one standard.

What it is

A crew, not a list of names

Some work cannot be resourced one CV at a time. Shutdowns, surge production, new line ramp ups and remote site work all need a team that arrives already functioning: the right mix of trades, supervision that knows the scope, and the practical logistics of travel, accommodation, rotations and PPE already arranged.

That is what a fully mobilised Kold team is. We build the crew around the scope: for example a working supervisor, the appropriate blend of laminators, infusion technicians and finishing trades, and quality support, sized to the programme and adjusted as the work develops. Larger workforce requirements are planned as a coordinated recruitment project, drawing on the pool of more than 400 experienced technicians, with our layered back office system keeping sourcing, communication and reporting visible in one place.

Typical deployments:

  • Production ramp ups and new line introductions at composite plants
  • Factory shutdown, rework and recovery programmes
  • Surge production support at manufacturing facilities in the UK and mainland Europe
  • Remote or multi site work where self sufficient teams are essential
What is included

Mobilisation, handled

  • Team design. Trades, certifications and supervision matched to the scope and site.
  • Verification. Every member trade assessed, certifications verified at source, right to work confirmed.
  • Travel and accommodation. Coordinated end to end, including cross border moves within Europe.
  • Rotations. Working patterns and reliefs agreed up front so coverage never depends on one person.
  • Single interface. One accountable contact for progress, timesheets, replacements and issues. You manage the work, not the logistics.
Planning a campaign? The earlier we see the scope, the better the team we can build, but we are used to moving quickly when the window is short.
Common questions

Project team FAQs

How is a project team structured?

Around the scope: a working supervisor, the right blend of trades such as laminators, infusion technicians and finishing specialists, and quality support, sized to the programme.

Who manages the logistics?

We do. Travel, accommodation, rotations and PPE are coordinated as part of mobilisation, with one point of contact throughout.

Can the team scale during the project?

Yes. Heads can be added as the schedule tightens and released cleanly when it eases, with the recruitment plan adjusted as the requirement changes.
