Composite work, found properly
Contract and permanent opportunities with established manufacturers across the UK and Europe, placed by people who understand your trade.
Roles and industries
We place composite trades and professionals across the full production chain: prepreg layup, wet layup and hand lamination, spray lamination, resin infusion and vacuum bagging, RTM and closed mould processing, autoclave work, bonding and structural adhesives, trimming, drilling and fitting, gelcoat and flowcoat application, surface preparation and finishing, cosmetic and structural repair, tooling, plug and pattern making, CNC and kit cutting, quality inspection and NDT support, supervision, project management and consultancy.
The industries we support include marine and boatbuilding, aerospace and defence, motorsport and specialist automotive, pods and modular products, architectural GRP, composite repair and rework, and other advanced composite manufacturing.
Contract and permanent. Contract roles suit technicians who want variety and strong day rates. Permanent roles suit those looking to settle with one manufacturer. Register for either, or both, and tell us your preference.
Working away. Some contracts involve working away in the UK or mainland Europe. Where travel, accommodation or rotation arrangements apply, they are confirmed in writing for that specific role before you accept. Nothing is promised until it is confirmed for the vacancy in front of you.
